Hotel Room Placement Requests

^ Back to the top ^

We have set aside special sections of the hotel for 1) late-night activities and 2) fursuit and handicapped rooms. The section set aside for late-night activities is open to persons who plan on having room parties or otherwise staying up late to socialize in their rooms so the noise does not disturb the other guests. The rooms set aside for fursuiters and handicapped persons will be located in a special section to provide these attendees with easy access to the convention and hotel space. Requests can also be made for rooms overlooking the Atrium inside the hotel (slightly noisier), and for the non-Atrium side of the hotel (quieter).

Space is very limited for these special sections so apply for them as soon as possible. Requests will be accepted until September 16, 2008 or until they are completely filled, whichever occurs first.

To apply for these rooms, make your hotel reservation first, then fill out the form below to submit your application for these special areas.
